Booking

The best way to schedule an appointment is through my online ​system. The "Book Appointment" button will show you my ​availability. A valid card number is required to secure your ​appointment. New clients are encouraged to visit my New ​Client tab prior to booking.

Tip-less

To remove any expectation of additional payment (and break the ​cycle of sexist and racist business practices in the industry), gratuity ​cannot be added to credit card charges or processed through the ​salon. If you are pleased with your service and want to show your ​gratitude, leave me a review, shop my affiliate links or refer your ​friends and family! That is the best compliment I can receive.


Methods of Payment

All major debit and credit cards, Tap to Pay, cash, Venmo, ​CashApp, and Zelle are accepted. AfterPay can be used for all ​salon services over $100. No personal checks.

Cancellation Policy & ​Deposits

A valid card number and a non-refundable deposit is due at the ​time of booking, and is required to hold your appointment. Deposits ​may be transferred only once if reschedule is made 48hrs prior to ​appointment. Deposits will go towards your service total. ​Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours in advance ​will require a new deposit to reserve a new date.

No-Shows and same day cancellations will lose deposit and an ​additional 75% may be charged to the card on file.

Being more than 15 minutes late to your appointment may ​compromise my ability to accommodate you. In this case, a smaller ​service may be offered and charged at the same cost as original ​appointment.

If you need to make changes to your appointment, please do so ​48hrs in advance. I cannot guarantee that I’m able to accommodate ​a larger service than what you’re scheduled for due to timing.

Changing your appointment to a smaller service with no prior notice ​will still be charged the full amount of original appointment.


Transparent, All-Inclu​sive, Genderless Pricing

The rates for each service can be found on my booking site. My ​services are charged based on time, not gender identity, and ​are all-inclusive. All services are personalized to your desired ​outcome, but I highly recommend scheduling a consultation ​beforehand to discuss a plan and pricing.

Products

I use Redken & Joico as my primary color lines. Virtue, Redken, ​and Wella are used in the shampoo bowl to cleanse, treat, and ​style the hair.

I don’t often stock products to retail in the salon, but I do ​offer a variety of trusted product companies for purchase​ via my affiliate​ links.

Service Adjustments

Your satisfaction is my priority and I will give my best to make ​sure your results are everything you want and more. I have a ​No Refund policy, but if for any reason you are not satisfied ​with your results please let me know within 7 days after your ​initial appointment. I will gladly do a service adjustment at no ​additional cost.

AfterPay

AfterPay (Buy Now, Pay Later) can be used for most services in ​the salon. Simply notify me you would like to use AfterPay and ​only pay 25% upfront, then 25% every 2 weeks. Must be eligible ​& approved for the total amount.
